Refund policy

Please read our return policy carefully. If you need help, contact us via our contact page or at support@vexmart.shop.

Return Window: You have 14 days after you receive your product to make a return at your own cost. There are no restocking fees.

Conditions:

* CANCELLATION: Because we process orders immediately to ensure quick delivery, we cannot accept cancellation requests after an order is placed.

* NON-ARRIVAL: If products have not arrived after 25 days, we will provide a 100% refund instantly.

* DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL: If your product arrives damaged, please send photos/videos to support@vexmart.shop. We will either send a replacement or provide a 100% refund.

* DEFECTIVE AFTER USE: You have 14 days to report defects. You may return the item at your expense for a total refund via store credit.

* CHANGE OF OPINION: You have 14 days to return unused, unwashed products in original packaging. Contact support@vexmart.shop for the return address.

* EXCHANGE: Unused products in original packaging can be exchanged within 14 days at your expense.

* WRONG PRODUCT: If you received the wrong item, you have 14 days to return it at your expense for a 100% refund.
